Matcha and banana pancakes

You will need
140g plain flour
1tsp Terrific Tea matcha
2tbsp caster sugar
1tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
140ml milk
1 beaten egg
1 ripe banana
1tbsp oil or butter

How to
Combine the flour, baking powder, caster sugar, salt and matcha together, then add in the whisked egg, milk and melted butter. Make sure to whisk out all of the lumps and then add in the mashed banana to the mix.

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and add some butter or oil, ladle in a small amount of the batter, when the top of the pancake begins to bubble turn it over and cook the other side until golden brown for a couple more minutes.

Serve with an extra sprinkle of matcha, cacao and natural yogurt.
