Feeling a little under the weather and need a boost? then this drink should help put a spring in your step and have you feeling ready to take on the day in no time!
You will need
1g Terrific Tea matcha
The juice of half a lemon
1tsp of peeled and chopped ginger
200ml warm water
Measure out the matcha into a mug, add the lemon juice, honey and a splash of warm water, whisk until a smooth paste forms, gradually add the rest of the warm water while continuously whisking. Add the chopped ginger and leave to infuse for 1 minute, find a cosy spot where you can truly relax and refuel.
Top tip: If you like your drinks a little spicier try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to warm you from the inside.
